- Bowls & Feeders – Wash food bowls daily and water bowls every 1–2 days. Use warm water and mild soap. Avoid harsh scrubbers that can damage surfaces.
- Collars, Leashes & Harnesses – Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Air dry fully before next use. Inspect frequently for signs of wear to ensure safety.

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 1 to 3 (Monday – Friday) and Transited time is 5 to 7 (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 12 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day.

Note: products with “free shipping” are fulfilled from our warehouse in CN. Products with “express shipping” are fulfilled from our warehouse in the US.
