We offer free shipping on all orders.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 2 to 5 (Monday – Friday) and Transited time is 7 to 14 (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 12 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.
Note: products with “free shipping” are fulfilled from our warehouse in CN. Products with “express shipping” are fulfilled from our warehouse in the US.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGES?
You don’t have to pay any shipping charges for regular orders within mainland Germany and all European countries.
BY WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ORDERED PRODUCTS?
Delivery will be done within 10 to 14 business days.
HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER THE PRODUCT CAN BE DELIVERED TO MY AREA?
We are trying to ship our products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we cannot ship. You will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours if we are unable to ship to your postcode.
